UAL GD - FASHION ORGANISATION UNIT  


The work is part of the assessments to achieve the Graduate Diploma in Fashion Management at London College of Fashion, UAL. Its aim was to apply frameworks as Pestle, SWOT, Porters Valeu Chain, Ansoff Matrix and others to come up with a critical and evaluative analysis. The brief consisted in a comparison between two chosen fashion brands and they create value within their supply chain, taking in consideration how they have adapted to meet the constantly changing consumer’s needs. Due to its collaborative characteristics the brands Adidas and Supreme were the central brands for this work.
